Figurine Fitness, started by Santhosh Kumar, is not just another run of the mill fitness center. Santhosh has done sports medicine from the prestigious Australian Council for Physical Health Education and is a fitness pioneer in the city within fifteen years experience behind him. He’s constantly innovating and inventing new exercise routines and finds the regular routines and finds the regular aerobic work out quite passé.
He being a national level dancer and damn good one at that, he choreographs his own exercise routines- high intensity jazz aerobics which are fun and different with bits of Indian folk music and even Indian classical dance movements thrown into it. Santhosh uses dance as medium of exercise. Figurine fitness have state-of –art infrastructure, including suspended wooden flooring, which is inches above the ground and spring boards at every 11/2 feet to absorb the impact. There’s little or no chance of an injury to the ankles. If you want to burn calories and promote heart health, then find a cardio activity that you enjoy and do it regularly - in fact, find several activities and alternate them for the most effective workouts. There are a broad range of cardio activities, both indoor and outdoor, so there's never a reason for you to become bored.
